behind Renegade.
I’ve spent more than 25+ years riding every curve of the AEC industry: from superintendent to project manager, business development leader, design director, and now strategist. I’ve lived the seller/doer grind, the late-night proposal marathons, and the frustration of watching great work go unnoticed because the story — or the strategy — wasn’t clear.
That’s why I started Renegade ThinkLab — to help leaders find direction and accelerate growth with strategies that actually get implemented. We blend business strategy, brand clarity, and BD alignment to help firms stand out, strengthen relationships, and move the needle where it matters most.
